Plagiarism Policy
All manuscripts submitted to NUHA-JIRE are checked for similarity using Turnitin before review and again before publication.

|---|---|
| ≤ 20% | Proceeds to review (provided no single source exceeds 3%) |
| 21–30% | Returned to authors for revision before review |
| > 30% | Declined |
The similarity check excludes the reference list and properly quoted material. Plagiarism detected after publication will result in retraction. Authors may also be barred from submitting to the journal for a set period.
