POST-PUBLICATION DISCUSSION
Jurnal Indonesia Mengabdi recognizes that scholarly communication and discussion do not end upon article publication. The journal welcomes constructive, evidence-based commentary, feedback, and discussion on published articles to promote scientific integrity and academic transparency, in alignment with the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines.
1. Submitting a Comment Readers, researchers, and community practitioners may submit comments on any article published in Jurnal Indonesia Mengabdi by contacting the editorial office via email. Submissions must include:

Full name, institutional affiliation, and contact details of the commenter.

Title and Digital Object Identifier (DOI) of the article under discussion.

Clear, objective feedback focused on the scientific or practical substance (methods, data, analysis, or outcomes).

A formal declaration of any potential conflicts of interest.
Note: Anonymous submissions or comments containing personal attacks, offensive language, or irrelevant topics will not be considered.
2. Editorial Assessment and Response Process

Initial Screening: The Editor-in-Chief reviews the submission within 7–10 working days to determine its relevance and merit.

Author Right of Reply: Substantive comments are shared with the original authors, who are invited to submit a formal response within 30 days.

Peer Review: When appropriate, the Editor may invite external peer reviewers or Editorial Board members to evaluate both the comment and the authors' response.
3. Publication of Discussion Accepted comments and author replies that offer valuable contributions to the field will be published as a Letter to the Editor or Correspondence in a subsequent issue, linked directly to the original article.
4. Outcomes Affecting Published Articles If the discussion highlights critical errors or scientific inaccuracies, Jurnal Indonesia Mengabdi will take appropriate action in accordance with its Article Correction and Retraction Policy (issuing an Erratum, Corrigendum, Expression of Concern, or Retraction).
