Abstract

Keterbatasan kuota PPG yang tidak sebanding dengan jumlah lulusan mahasiswa program studi pendidikan mengakibatkan tidak semua lulusan dapat terserap ke dalam program tersebut. Meskipun demikian, jumlah peminat Prodi Pendidikan justru semakin meningkat. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pilihan karir mahasiswa. Faktor tersebut diukur dengan variabel persepsi influencers, minat, sumber daya keuangan, efikasi diri dan persepsi peluang kerja. Hasil dari analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa variabel persepsi influencers, minat dan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pilihan karir. Sedangkan variabel sumber daya keuangan dan persepsi peluang kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pilihan karir.
