Struktur Pembagian Kerja dan Implikasinya terhadap Pengelolaan Pariwisata Berkelanjutan: Studi Kasus Kabupaten Bulukumba

Kabupaten Bulukumba yang memiliki potensi wisata unggulan seperti Tanjung Bira dan kawasan adat Kajang, menghadapi kendala dalam penerapan pembagian kerja antar pelaku pariwisata yang masih belum optimal. Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi struktur pembagian kerja dalam industri pariwisata Kabupaten Bulukumba dan implikasinya terhadap pengelolaan pariwisata yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa hubungan antar pemangku kepentingan cenderung berlangsung secara informal dan tidak terstruktur, yang pada akhirnya menghambat terciptanya sinergi antara pemerintah daerah, sektor swasta, dan masyarakat setempat. Selain itu, tumpang tindih fungsi, keterbatasan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, dan lemahnya mekanisme pemantauan serta evaluasi turut menjadi hambatan dalam efektivitas pengelolaan pariwisata. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif serta analisis data primer dan sekunder, penelitian ini mengevaluasi peran dan dinamika pembagian tugas dalam mendukung keberlanjutan pengelolaan destinasi wisata. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penguatan kelembagaan, peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, dan penerapan koordinasi lintas sektor secara terstruktur merupakan faktor penting untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan keberlanjutan pengelolaan pariwisata di Kabupaten Bulukumba. Temuan ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi para pembuat kebijakan dan pelaku industri pariwisata untuk mengoptimalkan kolaborasi serta memperkuat daya saing destinasi wisata pada tingkat regional dan nasional.
