Abstract

Educational transformation in the digital era requires Islamic Education (PAI) teachers to possess adaptive competencies in response to technological advancements and curriculum reforms. The Merdeka Curriculum offers flexibility for teachers to design contextual, student-centered learning experiences. This program aims to strengthen PAI teachers’ competencies through training and mentoring in developing interactive digital media. The implementation method includes needs analysis, workshops, mentoring, media trials, and evaluation. The results show a significant improvement in teachers' ability to use digital tools such as Canva, Genially, and Kahoot, along with increased student engagement in learning activities. This program contributes meaningfully to the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum and promotes innovative PAI teaching aligned with the demands of the digital age.
