The mosque is a center of worship as well as a center for education and community empowerment. The mosque takmir has a strategic role in managing activities that are not only oriented to mahdah worship, but also in building a socio-religious life that is in harmony with the values of Ahlussunnah wal Jama'ah an-Nahdliyah (Aswaja An-Nahdliyah). This research aims to assist the takmir of the Miqotussalam Mosque in Tanjung Agung Village in preparing a work program based on Aswaja An-Nahdliyah. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with participatory techniques through interviews, observations, and FGD (Focus Group Discussion). The results of the mentoring show that the work program prepared is more directed, participatory, and in accordance with the needs of the pilgrims. Aswaja An-Nahdliyah's approach strengthens the values of religious moderation, tolerance, and empowerment of the people.
