Scientific Article Writing Workshop for Students of the Islamic Religious Education Study Program at Nurul Huda

Scientific article writing skills are an important competency for students, especially in the Islamic Religious Education Study Program (PAI), as an effort to develop academic literacy and scientific publications. However, many students still have difficulties in writing articles according to scientific principles, ranging from writing structures, citation techniques, to the selection of references. This article aims to describe the implementation of a workshop on scientific article writing techniques for PAI Nurul Huda students. The method used is qualitative descriptive through observation, interviews, and documentation during the workshop. The results showed that this workshop increased students' understanding of the systematics of article writing, the use of reference applications (Mendeley), and the awareness of scientific publications. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that scientific article writing techniques workshops are able to improve students' writing skills and support the development of academic culture.
