Bullying is a complex issue with negative impacts on the mental health of victims, perpetrators, and even bystanders. This community service initiative aimed to provide education on bullying prevention through a psychological approach to students at MTs Subulussalam. The implementation methods included interactive lectures, group discussions, role-play simulations, and Q&A sessions. The psychological approach focused on introducing types of bullying, long-term psychological effects, developing empathy, and coping strategies for victims and bystanders. Evaluation results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of bullying, marked by an 85% rise in post-test scores compared to the pre-test. Furthermore, participants demonstrated increased awareness and confidence to become agents of change in preventing bullying within their environment. This activity concludes that participatory, psychologically-based interventions are effective in building student resilience and creating a safer and healthier school environment.
